Mark Sawers

For over twenty years Mark Sawers has been creating unique, offbeat film and television projects, running the gambit from an award winning educational film to a dark, sci-fi comedy TV series.

Mark’s film credits include Shoes Off!, which won the Best Short Film prize at the Cannes Film Festival’s International Critics Week. The film also garnered a Genie Nomination for Best Live Action Short, (Mark’s fourth nomination in this category). He was the creator and executive producer of the sci-fi comedy Alienated, which ran for two seasons on the Space Channel, and he just recently wrapped production on his second feature film, Camera Shy. He has also directed episodes of several television series, including The Kids In The Hall.
